APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are recommended for spa services and can be made online or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to sign any necessary consent forms, relax, and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea. 

BE PUNCTUAL

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of treatments. We reserve the right to charge up to the full-service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

CELL PHONES

Please help us preserve the peace. Cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the spa outside of the lobby area.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-boutique for any dollar amount, or in hand-selected spa packages. Please inquire at the front desk for guidance in selecting the ideal gift.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk.

PAYMENT

Introlift accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable offer refunds at this time. Individual products may be exchanged for any product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Products included in membership packages are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
